Salinas, California Speed Traps

Heading south on 101 10 miles south of Gilroy the CHP uses radar and hidden corners to catch speeders heading down hill into Salinas. The speed limit drops to 55 just prior to entering the city limits and I see cars pulled over daily for excessive speed.

This trap has been up for the last few months. Usually a motorcylce cop on the north bound side as your approaching the city of Salinas. Seems to be mornings only.
