San Fernando Valley, California Speed Traps
Rinaldi St. and Mason Ave.
From Rinaldi (45 mpr zone) then heading south on Mason Ave. Cop sits at side street (Tulsa) with radar gun BEFORE the first 35 mph sign. Pretty steep hill makes going from 45 mph to 35 mph a sure thing for a ticket (I’m proof of that) Speed Trailer at Celtic St. which is long BEFORE the first 35 mpr sign. So lets review; steep hill from 45 zone, notify driver of their speed via trailer, clock them at 45+, THEN ticket them before the first 35 mpr sign, big time SPEED TRAP!!!
