US Highway 101 near Pole #7 as you leave the bridge
One person stands on bridge and shoots laser at various cars. Calls it over to CHP who have at least 3-4 cars/motorcycles to constantly cycle and stop drivers.
Alemany Boulevard near Genva Avenue
This happen at the wide intersection of Alemany. The SFPD was on the side with their lights off until you try to run a yellow and the with follow behind you, still with their headlights off but there sirens and cherry lights on you. The will mark you down faster then you were speeding.
South Airport Boulevard near US Highway 101
Motorcycle unit hides in parking lot of office complex adjacent to South Airport Blvd, road dips under railroad tracks and speed limit is 35mph.
The location where officer hides is across from Lyons Restraunt, I got popped for doing 58mph. This road leads to the on ramp for US 101 South and the connection to I-380.
At the time, the ticket was $185.00
Forbes Street near Eccles Street
Motorcycle unit was in parking lot w/trees casting shadows on it–camouflaging it. Targeting westbound vehicles on Forbes. Either Lidar or POP radar was used. My Solo S2 is mounted on the dash and it did NOT see this threat. The S2 was set to cover all bands, X, K, Ka, Laser and was on HWY mode. I was targeted twice.
US Highway 280 North near State Highway 101 North
Single black and white equipped with Ka band radar likes to hang out on 280 North right before the split for 280-Downtown and 101 North to Bay bridge.
There is also a store or something else in the are that triggers the X band, so he tries to hide in that hoping to catch the people using cheap detectors which can’t sense 2 signals.
