Spring Valley Lake, California Speed Traps

CHP will park on the street at the first house watching for the speed change at the curve from 45 to 35. Usually after dark. Have seen warning given to speeders. CHP will turn on their emergency lights for a second or two when a car comes thru the transition. In that same area they watch very close for any little fault. I have been pull over for not turning on my right turn signal BEFORE the 4-way stop at Kalin Ranch road.

The CHP will sit parked pointed West on Kalin Ranch Rd. just east of the intersection with Spg Vly Pkwy. They sit there and wait for cars to ignore the 4-way stop. I rolled it like a big dog before I saw the guy sitting there. Oddly enough he u-turned like he was coming to get me and I was a dead-duck. Some infraction with a better payoff for the Governor, or maybe a pretty girl driver must have diverted him because he never followed me and I clearly rolled the stop sign. Just my lucky day I guess. They do the enforcement there quite often.
