Van Nuys, California Speed Traps

Motorcycles/Black & Whites park just before the intersection of Woodley and Burbank to catch people speeding in the mornings. They will set up on either side of the divided road and tag anyone who fails to notice them. Remember, this is a 40 mph zone, unlike Burbank Blvd.

Motorcycle cops hide in driveway of Mormon church (north side of Burbank Blvd.) with radar gun in the a.m. they usually target west-bound traffic.

Camera’s at all 4 corners

The motorcycle cops usually 2 sit on w sidewalk and regularly pull over motorists speeding here. It’s at least three times per week. It’s just S. of Costco/Pep Boys parking lot. They also nail people turning left where there is no left turn. There is a crossing for the Orange Line Bus route just S. of it. Be careful they nail 2-3 cars at a time.

Motorcycle cop hides next to parked cars on the street to be hidden from traffic. Usually right around the enterance to Lake Balboa Park. You won’t see them until it is too late.
