Highway 20,between Colusa & Williams
CHP runs among several other cars using radar…in both directions

State Highway 162 near Interstate 5
This trap is on hwy 162 between I-5 and hwy 45 south of willows. While heading EAST on from I-5 there are 2 sets of "s" turns. On the second set closest to hwy 45 there is a tree off to the south side of the road (duck hunters often park their trucks there during hunting season). The CHP will park behind the tree so you in the east bound lane can’t see them until its too late. They sit there in the pitch black dark with their lights off. YOU WILL NEVER SEE THEM!
Interstate 5 near Blue Gum Road
The Lt. @ the Willows CHP barracks has his troops in shape for I see more CHP cruisers on the prowl upon Glenn County’s share of I-5 than anywhere else. Tactics include air-enforcement, pacing from parallel frontage roads and be advised there are hardened, all-weather median cross-over spots at frequent intervals which permit officers to shoot radar at on-coming traffic then pull a 180 and tag the offender in short order.
