@ Canoga offramp; LAPD officers hide under the freeway & write tickets for violating a bogus, ridiculous no right turn on red sign (even tho no cross traffic for long periods) or hit s/b Canoga speeders trying to make the freeway on-ramp (eastbound…)

Cop from the LAPD Valley Traffic Unit in a black-and-white police cruiser with no light bar on Ventura West (toward Calabasas) bound just past Fallbrook. Hiding either in the parking lot of Gus’s Liquor or Shalimar Indian Restaurant. He’s lasing people looking for people going over 35. Only see him on workdays, in the morning.

A highway patrol car sits/hides behind the shrubs in the parking lot adjacent to the off ramp and gives tickets for not stopping at the stop sigh

February 2011 – A white truck will follow you flashing its red-blue lights. Officer patrols the south of Ventura hills areas. Not a Black&White police car. Not a motorcycle cop. But a new twist of a truck appearing like a citizens’ truck out there to help the City of Los Angeles budget. This Female cop may claim you don’t stop at Stop sign even if you do.

Single officer car, radar/speeding, cell phone, and no-right-on-red tickets. Same car as the Ventura car at Smart & Final in the mornings.
