Motorcycle cop hides out in the driveway of some condos on the NW corner of Canoga and Burbank. Hiding in plain sight, you usually don’t see him until too late.

Shoup, between Vanowen and Victory

Motorcycle cops like to sit in the church’s driveway on the east side of the street and rader people going both ways. I’ve noticed that there’s usually at least 2, but I’m not sure where the other one hides. If you see a guy pulled over by a motorcycle cop, chances are there’s another one waiting to nail you!

Topanga Canyon Blvd. between Ventura and Mulholland (usually near Dumetz)

Posted speed limit is 40MPH. Topanga is a 4 lane highway in all of the valley and typical speeds on this stretch are 50MPH+ as it is straight and wide. I worked in an office on Dumetz and the most common enforcement was during the PM Rush (Southbound) where we would hear them pull over dozens of motorists. There is probably a morning enforment as well but I was never up that early.
