Folsom Street near Mapleton Avenue
Southbound on Folsom between Bluff and Mapleton which is just after the curve in the road. The speed limit is 30mph which is difficult to maintain on the downhill.
State Highway 36 near Saint Vrain Road
Sheriff’s van parked on one of the ranch exits 1/2 mile south of Hwy 36 and St Vrain road behind curves in the highway. Setup to catch southbound speeders commmuting into Boulder.
Does not go after northbound speeders because dangerous blind left turn is required from setup position.
Broadway Street near Norwood Avenue
Dark grey photo radar van parks on the east side of northbound Broadway in the 3800 block just as you crest the hill. Speed limit is 35.
Manhattan Drive near Seminole Street
Photo radar van parked near middle school. Flashing warning light of school zone partially obscured by pole and start times of middle school inconsistent so it’s easy to catch someone going over the limit.
