Conifer Street near Sugar Pine Avenue
Tan photo van generally parked alongside the pine trees mid-way down street. Capturing speeders coming eastbound out of the curves on Conifer. This is a school bus stop for
4-5 buses and a residential street with a wide open raceway. Area rates high on the photo-cop ticket parade.
Elizabeth Street near Constitution Avenue
A tan photo radar will often be parked on the south side of Elizabeth, between Skyline and Constitution. It is a school zone and enforcement usually occurs during the morning rush hour or around 3 when school lets out.
Landings Drive near East Boardwalk Drive
The posted speed is 25mph, but it’s not a neighborhood or school zone. The police car taking pictures in tan van.
S. Lemey Avenue near Fossil Creek Park Entrance
When heading south from Harmony there is a half mile downhill grade leveling out near the entrance to the Fossil Creek Park. Officers will park at the entrance of the park using its foliage and signs for cover. The posted speed limit is 40 mph but because of the grade it’s very easy to exceed that without touching the accelerator. The officer at the entrance will "shoot" radar with another officer (usually motorcycle unit) pulling over speeders.
