Frederick, Colorado Speed Traps

The frontage road is very easy to build up speed on, especially at night when you’ve got no traffic on it with you and you’re right alongside I-25. Frederick Police Dept. will occasionally have a unit park on Commerce, just east of the frontage road, and tag cars as they pass. Speed limit there is a generous 55mph, so one could speculate that they aren’t terribly forgiving of higher speeds, and it’s very easy to find yourself in the high 60’s on that road if you’re not paying attention.
