Interstate 70 near Debeque Canyon
Watch Out! There is a drastic change in the speed limit going into the canyon – bothe east & west. In order to keep up with the flow of traficc you have to go at least 20 mph over the limit (flow is usally at 75 – limit is 55-65mph) they often post Troopers at the East side entrance to the canyon on the west bound lanes but I have seem them throughout. ***** Also beware because te officers have done traffic stings where they will actually stand in traffic (out of their vehicles) in orange vest and flag cars down**** Ridiculous but it happens (I have and "associate at the department but I have also seen it all for myself!) – Be Careful In Here!
