Parker, Colorado Speed Traps

I’ve driven this newly-opened road several times and there is always a police/sheriff’s patrol car on it. Posted limit is 50 mph, but nice road with open area makes it tempting to drive fast.

Parker Police will sit near the turn in for Lifetime Fitness and nail anyone going the least bit over the speed limit. At this turn in, they are easily able to clock patrons of LIFETIME FITNESS and the Hospital traffic. This area is heavily patrolled early in the mornings and in the evenings to hide their presence even more.

At night, on Parker and Main a cop will sometimes sit in the archway that says "O’Brien Park" on the left hand side while crossing from the christian book store to the other side. They usually do this at night, and it’s usually a black car.
Kinda scary.

State Patrol sits on the right hand side of the old toll booth so you have a hard time seeing them.
