This is a roving unmarked car with civillian license plates and exterior lights. It looks like an everyday white Chevy Impala until he turns the interior red/blue lights on behind ya. They seem to like to harrass motorcycle riders with it. Not sure if it’s State Patrol or Gilpin County Sherriff. White Chevy Impala.
