Stafford Avenue near State Route 69
At night, Stafford Ave. has light traffic, yet the speed limit is 45 yet suddenly changes to 25 within 1/4 of a mile of St. Pauls’s Church/School. The police car will park in the upper parking lot of the field entrance for most of the night.
Maltby Street near Stafford Avenue
A police car will park in the grass/sidewalk outside the former nunery of St Paul Church, near the Maltby Street entrance of St. Paul High School . The car is not visable due to the bushes. Past 8 p.m. is when the car is least visable, therefore appears most often.
Stevens Street near Near the church
Officer sits near on the side of the road near the church.
Divinity Street near State Route 72
Mostly aimed at drivers heading from Terryville east towards Bristol-Memorial Blvd. Cruiser will be parked just over crest of hill halfway down Divinity Steet, near a crosswalk. Note speed limit as once over crest of hill, no amount of slowdown will help.
Memorial Boulevard
Officers hiding along the various parts of the roadway. Traffic normally moves along at 45 mph, posted limit is 30.
