This addresses two issues… First the less common…. Late nights, Statey’s sit in the town hall parking lot with only parking lights on, checking for people who do not fully stop at the 87/207 intersection. Also, afternoon rush catches statey’s running radar on people heading 87 south…. 35mph people…..
Village Hill Rd. near Beaumont Park
Lebanon "constables" sit atop village hill catching people both coming down the road from 289, and coming up over the hill. Radar is used most of the time, however, laser has been detected at times.
Rt 87 at the straightaway
Just coming up over the hill headed southbound the road opens up to a straightaway with wide breakdown lanes…. be sure to watch for the statey running radar heading southbound right when you come to this straightaway
