Coming from Torrington on 202 into :Litchfield Center, just before the church, usually sitting in someones driveway, making it look as if they live there.

RT 202 going up the big hill past the driving range

I’ve seen this one several times. Statey sits off in a turn-around on the right just over the top of the hill heading out of Torrington into Litchfield. Usually with always-on K-band but Twice now with Lidar.
