I 91 N near exit 18?

Middletown, ConnecticutSep 08, 20100 Comments

As you are aware, the speed limit for I 91 is 65mph. As you approach near exit 18 where the roads get divided to I 691 and route 15, the speed limit is 55 mph.

There is always a State Trooper in the middle of the highway on the grass during the night and I was pulled over on 74 mph as I did not notice the speed limit was decreased to 55 mph. So be careful guys.

Randolph Road–Xavier High School

State police have taken to hiding in the Xavier driveway closest to the route 9 interchange. This is a nighttime speed trap and never used during the school day (i don’t know about the summer, though) Be careful going down the hill!

Also, it’s only state police I have seen there.
