Tuckie Rd @ Bricktop Ln.

If you’re traveling either direction on Tuckie Rd., use caution especially as you approach Bricktop Ln. A state trooper likes to run radar as he sits in a shaded spot at that intersection, especially in the spring and summer months. If you coming from Rt. 14 and you finally see him, its usually to late. However the other direction gives you a little warning cause sometimes you can see the front of his cruiser in the shadows before he can get a bead on you.

speed limit sign is just as you are turning onto the road. Turn is a little tricky so it is too easy to miss the sign. Speed limit is set way too low for this road. Posted at 30 and should be at least 40. Town has no police so they hire someone to man the speed trap and write tickets as a way to generate revenue. They do not issue warnings only very expensive tickets!
