Smokey sits at the fire house with radar. He has been there as early as 5am tll around 9am. Sometimes its State Troopers an other times its County Police.
Kirkwood St. Georges overpass
A unmarked State Police Dodge Charger sits on the Kirkwood St. Georges overpass and shoots laser down Rte.1. Cops are normally stationed just under it on the grass. They are there about once a week, anytime of the day
State Route 1 North near I-95 North Onramp
The officer will be parked right at the beginning of the on ramp to I-95 North from Rt.1 North. He will be standing outside of his vehicle watching for the agressive and inconsiderate drivers that like to speed up the lane next to the exiting traffic and then cut in at the last moment. As you know there is bumper to bumper traffic approaching this area so this is a big problem. He is giving tickets for this and keeping you there for sometime which will probably make you late for work or whatever. Be Safe And Considerate!

State Route 72 near State Route 40
Rt72 between Rt40 and old Baltimore Pike. Smokey Bear is working this road with radar at any given time of the day. There is no pattern that I have witnessed.
State Route 40 near State Route 1 N
traveling on RT 40 getting on RT 1 north. one cop running radar and a few more stopping people. ALSO they are running seat belt checks!
