Hickman Road just north of Naaman’s Road (Rte. 92)

The New Castle County police hide their vehicle in a low spot between two hills, one on the PA side on Naaman’s Creek Road (which becomes Hickman Road in DE), and one on the DE side coming off Naaman’s Road (Rte. 92). The police car blends in with other cars parked in front of some row homes on the east side of Hickman Road. The speed limit on the DE side is 25, and the limit on the PA side is 35, so the county cop tries to get you speeding up or slowing down as you leave/enter DE. The tolerance is very low, maybe 5 MPH. There is even a Justice of the Peace location within walking distance of the trap if you get caught. This is an obvious income-generator for New Castle County.
