The speed limit is 25 on what appears to be a country road. The road is about a mile long with no intersections and two lanes. The only development is a waste dump. I see no reason the statutory limit of 50 should not apply. A sporty vehicle could easily do 60.

NCC police are catching people coming down the hill approaching W. Rockland Rd.

State police have been out since this morning, and they are still out at 2:33 in the afternoon. Today is Oct 13th. They got my son this morning.

Police have been catching speeders on Baynard Blvd for more than 6 months because the speed limit abruptly changes from 35 mph to 25 mph. The speed limit sign is hidden and sometimes moved by the police. Beware especially at the end of each month when the police are working on their quotas!
