Motorcycle policeman sits behind tree/bus stop on the right beside Pearl Lake Condos. As you come down the hill , your speed increases and he steps out into the road to pull you over.

Cops there using radar, most frequently at rush hour, but also there at other times of the day. Area is mixed commercial and residential. Very hard to drive at 25 mph and they know it!
