Capps, Florida Speed Traps

when traveling south on 19 from highway 10 you come to a stop sign in Capps. and to continue on 19 you must turn left. the first speed limit sign after turning says 55mph. it is not marked, but from the turn, up to this 55mph sign is 45mph. they get you because the only speed limit sign you see after the turn says 55. 45mph not marked anywhere.
