Clearwater Beach, Florida Speed Traps

Clearwater Police will be on the west side of the Causeway bridge in the median tagging Westbound traffic as they come down the bridge.

Southbound traffic going over the Sand Key bridge will be clocked by a Florida Highway Patrol that is hiding on the edge of the bridge on the grass and facing south. Don’t be fooled, there is a stationary radar post that reads your speed at the end of the bridge infront of the Sand Key fire station 44. The police use this as a cover and pop you.
