Daytona Beach, Florida Speed Traps
Road in front of the Daytona International Auto Mall
When driving on the road that is in front of the auto mall (runs parallel to 95), be careful. Once you pass the auto mall and furniture row (heading south towards ISB) there is always a cop hiding around the bend. He will walk out and flag you over. People who are test driving cars or who have just purchased one like to get on it when they leave…and the cop is there waiting to right you a ticket. I had just finished getting my car worked on when they pulled me over. Its a straighed road with nothing really on it. The last place you think you would get pulled over!
LGPA Blvd, Between I-95 Exit and 92
The whole street after you exit I-95 and head right toward Daytona until you reach 92, especially at night. Nothing but housing subdivisions and woods (and COPS!)
Mason Avenue
On the Mason bridge going east bound towards the beach as you come down on the right side there is usually two to three officers on motorcycles parked. There is one on the other side of the crest of the hill that seems to catch everyone as the hit the top of the hill then radios them in to the other officers at the bottom of the hill. Be very careful by the time you see the officer it is too late he already got you._
