Notice for motorcycles!! Friday nite is bike nite at fuddruckers in fort lauderdale, but the cops are out to write tickets and make money, and lie! I was with a pack of five bikes doing 40, in a 35, being passed by cars. We got clocked by laser, and two lites later (it was red) a cop walked out. One of the group took off (ran the lite and dipped, and He got away, the cop didn’t even blink!) two bikes got towed for b.s. reasons, and everyone got 60 in a 35 mph zone. Not one cop (there were 3) could decide what the speed was. 1 said 4 over the limit, 1 said 13 over the limit, and we got written for 25! over the limit. On a light note, the officer writing the ticket spelled stalker lazer as “stocker””. proves their intelligence is minimal.”
NE 18 Avenue between Commersial Blvd and Atlantic Blvd
Dead straight, 4 lanes plus a turn lane; only problem is the apartments, etc along the road, which keep the limit down to 35, when most drivers feel comfortable over fifty. Two members of my family have been caught here.
