State Highway 98
Downtown FWB usually West and East bound traffic. Police officers sit in either the Old School House parking lot to write the tickets, while one officer stands on the North side of road with the radar and will flag you over. The other ones will sit in the Tringas parking lot to write the tickets and one on the South side of the street with the radar and flagging you into the parking lot. Sometimes they are at both locations at the same time bringing them in 1 to 4 at a time. The speed limit is 25 starting on the top of the Brooks Bridge to right after Beal turn off. They will allow 5 over but not much more.

In the City of Fort Walton Beach City Hall parking lot at the West end of the parking lot there is a short wooden fence that the police can sorta hide behind and they do. The speed limit is 35 there and even though it is on the West bound side of the road they will make a quick U-turn and come get you on the East bound lane. Especailly since your about to slow down to 25 to go into downtown FWB.

East bound 98 Just inside of Mary Esther. Police will sit in median or in church parking lot. Church name unknown but it is a Baptist Church. Currently there is a 40 MPH speed Radar in same area. To let you know your speed.

Between the Hurlburt Field front gate and Doolitle Dr(east of the base) the sheriffs have folks pulled over EVERY day around lunch. Its usually the unmarked silver Mustang but it isnt uncommon to see the marked cars too. They like to hide in that church parking lot. Beware!
