State Highway 589 near Lutz Lake Fern Overpass

In a southbound direction, on the north side of the overpass (on Highway 589) is a 70 MPH speed limit sign. On the south side of the Lutz Lake Fern Overpass sits a FHP car hardly visable, where the speed limit suddenly and enexpectedly changes to 60 MPH. This speed trap is just north of Tampa airport.
