State Highway Federal near Young Circle
There are 2 schools on Federal Highway and during the times that kids are walking to school there are signs with flashing lights that post the speed limit at 15mph, some are covered by tree branches and can’t be seen. Police patrol this area very strictly and if you are caught speeding in this area it is a $350 ticket. If you traval down Federal Highway in the morning or early afternoon watch for those signs to flash, they are waiting to catch you._
