At the Chevron station. Speed limit is 35 on west bound argyle blvd and 45 on the opposite side of the street

The top of the bridge (over 295) on Collins Rd.
I’ve noticed the same trooper between the hours of 1:30pm and 3:30 pm. He sits at the top of the bridge with both rear and front guns on. There are no lights on the top of the car but inside where the visors are. It’s painted in FHP colors and always has someone pulled over.
