I have actually been caught here. Juno Cops like to sit in the Logger Head, I believe it is called, plaza and sit behind the bushes where you cant see them and catch speeders from the side un-noticed. Slow down to 45 MPH to be safe. Its right directly across the street from the Logger Head park.
