Southgate Boulevard near US Highway 441
They will sit a few cars back on the neighborhood streets. A cop will stand on the sidewalk with a radar gun & dispatch the cars after offenders. The speed limit is 30 along this road, but with the 2 lanes & no lights between 441 & Rock Island, it’s easy to spped. I live off this road & see them out especially in the morning & evening rush hours.
