Interstate 395 near End of Watson Island
Single City of Miami Police Department officer sits in cruiser running K-band radar. The cruiser will be on the right shoulder of the eastbound part of the causeway, parked lights out just before the causeway curves as it leaves Watson Island. Drivers often speed up as the causeway slopes downward from the bridge between Miami and Watson island and straightens across the island, leading directly to the cruiser.
