Curtiss Parkway is a 4-lane divide highway with a wide median and a 30 mph speed limit. Police set their trap anywhere in this stretch of road but most often halfway through, and at the entrance to the circle loacted at the north end of the road. The entire Miami Springs has been a speedtrap town for many years where officers are required to account to the city the fine revenue they bring in at traffic court.
