State Highway 231 near Gulf Coast Hypnosis Center

The speed limit from town to Judy Foister’s Hypnosis Center has been lowered to 55 since they started the new road resurfacing. The speed signs from Gulf Coast Hypnosis to Youngstown have been removed and they are now enforcing a 55 mile an hour limit in the area as well. Anticipate seeing 55 mph signs there in the near future.

State Troopers sit on residential street just off of highway right when 45 mph turns into 35 mph. Constantly up and down Star Avenue (HWY)between HWY 22 and HWY 231 also since State trooper hub is on Star Avenue.
