Unmarked police crusers (brown , black and white crown victorias with tinted windows) park along park blvd from 34 st to starkey rd in buisness parking lots waiting for anything unusual from speeding to anything they think is suspicious.
Bryan-Dairy Road near 66th Street Overpass
Frequent multi-agency enforcement on Bryan-Dairy Road, east of the 66th Street overpass. One officer usually with a radar gun just past the overpass, with numerous chase cars around the bend.
70th Avenue near between 49th and 66th Street
About 20 cops stand on both sides of the road towards dusk through 10pm in the dark they then walk into the middle of the street directly in front of you with flashlights and direct you into a small church parking lot.
Park Boulevard near US Highway 19
Heading west on Park Blvd right after the US 19 flyover cops sit at the parking lot of the bridal store. Especially at night.
US Highway 19 near Springwood 2 development near the Wal Mart
Pinellas Park police set up laser or radar during morning rush hour – they are primarily looking for aggressive driving and people passing stopped school buses. Usually a motorcycle sits by the Springwood 2 intersection just N of 49th Street and they have 1 or 2 unmarked chase cars further down. If you’re coming North on US19 you will not see the officer until he has you in his sights.
