There are always state troopers at the 2 churches just east of US 41. I live on that block and they pull people daily! They get most of them traveling towards 41.

Winchester Boulevard near 776 Road

This is a 4 lane blvd that a lot of people take to the 75 bypass. There are police officers there every morning. On the Charlotte Co. side the speed is 40 mph (4 lanes) no residences. within .7 of a mile (on Sarasota side) is goes up to the normal 55 mph.
