Port Saint Lucie, Florida Speed Traps
Gatlin Blvd exit I-95 at Traditions
Local PSL PD like to hide under the overpass behind barrels and shoot radar in both east and west bound lanes. Rush hour and weekends.
Bayshore blvd
Watch out for police on motorcycles patrolling bayshore. I’ve seen 2 stops in less than 15 mins so be careful. I don’t really know where there hiding but just slow down on bayshore and you should be good.
Selvitz Rd where the park and school is
FL state trooper hides in parking lot of park right across the street from the school .The speed limit goes from 35 to 30, so if you do 40 you’re 10 mph over. He is always there near the end of the month.
Port St Lucie Blvd approaching U.S. 1
PSL officers located on the eastbound side in a driveway entrance approximately 500 ft. west of the intersection of Port St Lucie Blvd U.S. 1 clocking car approaching U.S. 1.
Darwin Blvd
Near Treasure Coast HS on SW Darwin Blvd speed changes from 35 to 30 on a curve. Police hide near the change over and hit unsuspecting commuters on their way to or from work. Change of speed limit is not necessary because the nature of the road does not change. Obviously a ploy to generate revenue.
