Spring Hill, Florida Speed Traps

They sit in a private parking lot and have Troopers walk out into the road and wave you into the parking lot. They are not wearing any protective florescent gear so when you come around the blind corner it could cause an accident with seeing a person standing in the road it scares you. They use Radar by leaning up against a wooden telephone post out of the way. Posted speed zone is 40 and then the next block its 45mph. If anything watch out on the entire road its constantly changing speed.

Deputies are using radar from the side of the road between Spring Hill Dr and County Line Rd. Speed limit is 30 mph.

Speed limit is 30 and they frequently give tickets for +5 mph over.

Usually sheriff deputies, but sometimes FHP use this location also. Law enforcement stand outside vehicle and shoots radar mostly at east bound traffic, but watch west bound as well.

35mph and they mean it!!!
