Mariner Boulevard near Springstead High School
15 mph school zone. There is a traffic light at Landover Blvd in the midle of the speed zone. If you catch a red light, you forget that you are in a 15mph zone when the light turns green and 200′ ahead are 4 sheriffs patrol cars. The traffic disruption for all drivers is much more dangerous than the than the speeders that are caught!
