Mariner Blvd. next to Spring Hill Elementary

Spring Hill, FloridaJul 30, 20020 Comments

I’ve seen this particular trap several times. Two HCSD Deputies will sit on the concrete median next to Spring Hill Elementary with one facing North and one facing south. They will sit there with their hoods up pretending to be a disabled motorist so you won’t be able to see the lights on top of their cars until you are right up on them. They’ll basically sit on the front bumpers of their cars and clock you and then their partner will wave you into the turning lane if you’re going over the limit. If you are coming southbound you have much more warning than if you are northbound.
