officers will park on extreme edges of the city limits, which donot follow a normal boundery lines , they then park behind palm trees or inline with other vehicles such as a fruit harvesting establishment or a used car lot . they will also sit on the shoulder of the road on the edge of a bridge at 9:00 to 11:00 pm at night with no lights or or anything allowing you to see the vehicle in the dark until they turn their headlights on. this is very dangerous when the lights come on in a remote area you are unsure if it is an emergancy or other dangerous situation. they thenproceed to write you a ticket regardless of the circumstances.
