West of st rd 17 speed limit is 20 mph. WHPD catches drivers comming off st rd 17, and those that come from cypress gardens blvd

Going twards Winter Haven on Dundee Road about one mile past Cypresswoods Golf Community. Just pass that sweeping right hand curve theres a detailing shop that is pitch black at night and PCSO likes to sit there, lights off, sometimes in an unmarked, dark colored patrol car.

At night, P.C.S.O. likes to sit in two places on CGB. One going to town just pass the Hyundai Dealership in an abandoned development driveway with no lights on. The other is at the exit of the Winterset community day or night hiding behind the shrubs.

They park at Apartment House Drive Way where speed is 25 mph
