When exiting onto Van Cise from Old Dawson Rd, an officer sets up because the speed limit drops from 45 to 35

When turning from jefferson to Lovers lane, the speed limit is 35. Dougherty county cops are getting speeders from Lee County

There is almost always a policeman sitting in the median to clock the motorists getting on and off of 19. There will a policeman within a mile of this intersection at all times. The speed limit falls from 55 to 45 at one stop light and there is no speed limit posting for at least 2 miles to clue motorists into this change.

GSP will have two or more units involved with this speed trap. One will sit on top of the Blaylock Avenue overpass and use radar. The other units will park on the onramp of the west bound lane of Highway 19 (the bypass) ready to swoop down and issue citations.
