Old Milton to Rucker intersection

It’s a 45 mile per hour trip till you hit the hill toward the intersection. There’s one 35 mph sign just prior to the top of the hill and they hit you with radar as soon as you top the hill. Your in a 35 doing 45 or more and they stop you at the intersection and write you up. They got me for 51 mph and I was just coasting down the hill to the stop.

I was stopped by an Alpharetta police officer for going 5 miles over the speed limit. The cop gave me a ticket. I asked for a warning but he insisted on giving me a ticket. Then they put off the court date for 6 months. They said there was a back log. Duh. I feel this is a speed trap town. When I called the traffic court to find out what I would have to pay they told me $149.What a rip off

Watch out for the black and white with no lights on it. Fear him, he had no facial expression and a monotone voice. It was like talking to your executioner.

Usually at least two motorcycle cops sit in a turn lane and check your speed as you come over a hill. When you get close they step out in the road and flag you over, write you a ticket and then send you away.

This road is a nice 4 lane near a Mall and a nice curbed median. It is unfortunately a 35 mph zone. This road should at the least be a 45 mph zone.
