State Highway GA 400 South near Exit 8 Mansell Rd

Alpharetta, GeorgiaAug 21, 20081 Comments

If you try to get off on Exit 8 when traveling GA 400 S, and then try to immediately get on (so go straight) on the GA 400 S ramp, there is a sneaky cop standing there near the Marta bus stop and he pulls you over for failure for not following the sings. The Judge in the court is ruthless and will not listen to anything you say. This minor offense will result into $196 and 3 points on your record.

There is lot of serious crime happening in the AM rush hour like people running red light etc that can kill people, but this cop has nothing better to do other than trap hard working people trying to get to work in time.

Someone should form a small group in conjunction with a lawyer and do something about this.

UNTIL THEN MY ADVISE IS DO NOT GET A BENCH TRIAL BUT INSTEAD GET A JURY TRIAL ! Hopefully the people of the city on the jury will understand what it takes to go to work every single day at 7 am.

The speed limit is 35 MPH and the hill is steep from both directions making speed maintainence difficult unless you are braking the entire way. They usually locate themselves here at night but will sometimes be here on weekend mornings.
