Fort Valley, Georgia Speed Traps
From Supersod all the way down Hwy 96 to Lane Packing Company. The overpass they hide and wait. As well as in the dip near Mossy Creek heading to or from Ft. Valley they sit in the drive at the bottom of the hill. Watch out!
Ft Valley recently annexed HWY 96 all the way to the Houston Co line at hwy 41. They will set up in the dip at Supersod catching west bound 96 traffic and also on either side of the I-75 overpass.
Holiday Season several police cars on road even saw one
ticketing in the county outside jurisdiction!Low tax collection from city taxpayers so subsidizing with traffic
tickets.I will not partticipate in any FOB activities.Use
bypass(GA 49) from Byron to Knoxville Rd left to access downtown.
Comming into Fort Valley on HWY 96, you better watch out around the pecan processing plant, the first building you see on your leFort I have witnessed FVPD hiding their cars on the side road going into that building and setting up behind that building also. Another plane they’ll set up is the church on the right where it splits into 4 lanes. THe speed limit when ya hit the city limit marker changes to 45, then 35 at the 4 lane. I come and go to work this way every day, and have been close to getting caught, but been lucky so far.
