Unmarked Cherokee County vehicle parked behind a fence barrier. Posted speed limit on Ga Hwy 20 is 55 mph except for a small stretch at this location posted at 45 mph. Plainly a gotcha! No valid reason for speed change just great revenue generator. Cheroke County should be proud!
