Usually at night, but I have seen all times during the day. A cop will watch the traffic either coming from mall of Georgia or will watch traffic getting off exit ramp or around bend on 20 going toward mall of Georgia.

Officer Sits in the Left Lane by the HOV and targets motorists around a leftward bend… he is impossible to see. I was pulled over there recently out of the left lane doing well over 85 in a 65. I have driven by recently and seen others pulled over in the same spot.
I-85 South Bound toward 285
The officers sit in the far left emergency lane. Shooting laser on cars coming towards them. One office got me doing 82 in a 65 in the H.O.V lane. Coming from the new Discover Mills mall.
